Water Resistance Guide – How to Interpret the Labels Correctly 
- 30M (3ATM) – Splash-proof. Withstands hand washing and rain, not suitable for swimming or showering.
- 50M (5ATM) – Can be soaked, but not recommended for swimming.
- 100M (10ATM) – Suitable for swimming, but not for diving. Make sure your watch has a screw-down crown and a screwed back cover.
- 200M (20ATM) or more – Suitable for diving.

 Note! Water resistance is not permanent – seals wear out over time. If your watch is exposed to water regularly, we recommend to make sure that the seal is checked every time you replace the battery.
