Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

 3.4 AylureEssentials reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in pricing.

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 We ship to select countries as listed on our Site. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.2 Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.

5. EU Product Warranty

5.1 All products sold on our Site are covered by the EU-mandated 2-year legal warranty, which applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.
5.2 The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper handling, lack of care, accidental damage, or wear and tear resulting from normal use.
5.3 Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the product. Claims related to improper care may not be covered under the warranty.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to AylureEssentials and is protected by intellectual property laws.
