These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through www.aylure.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We offer free shipping to Finland and selected countries in the EU. Estimated delivery times and methods are shown at checkout. 

1. Shipping Areas

1.1 We deliver to the countries listed during checkout on our website.
1.2 If your delivery address is outside our shipping zones, we will notify you and issue a full refund for your order.

3. Delivery Times

3.1 Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
3.2 General delivery timelines are as follows:

  • within the EU 2-7 business days, within the EU made-to-order products 4-11 business days and other international deliveries 8-15 business days.
    3.3 Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or courier issues.

4. Shipping Methods

4.1 We use local and international carriers to fulfill orders. The shipping provider is automatically selected based on the order's location and available logistics.
4.2 Shopify optimizes delivery by selecting the closest manufacturer or warehouse to your location, which may influence the courier used.
4.3 Shipping options include home delivery, pickup points, or mailbox delivery, depending on availability.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code (if applicable to the shipping method).
5.2 You can use the tracking code to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

6. Responsibility for Delivery

6.1 Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
6.2 If your package arrives damaged, please report this to the carrier immediately and contact our customer service team for assistance.
6.3 Please note that AylureEssentials cannot guarantee a specific shipping provider, as the courier is selected based on Shopify’s automated optimization system. Any delivery-related questions can be directed to our customer service team.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other customer-related reasons, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
7.2 If an order is not received and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for return-related costs.

8. Cancellations and Returns

8.1 You may cancel your order and return products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and unused.
8.2 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.

9. Special Considerations for International Shipping

9.1 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
9.2 AylureEssentials is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • Selected EU countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Estonia.

Customs and Taxes

  • Within Finland and the EU: If our EU sales exceed €10,000 per year, we will collect VAT according to the customer’s country of residence at the time of purchase. Otherwise, prices include or exclude VAT in accordance with Finnish regulations.
