Return request instructions
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:

How to make a return request
1. Contact customer service
Send us an email to info@aylure.com no later than 14 days after receiving your order.

In your message, please state:

Your order number
Which products you would like to return
A brief reason for the return (helps us improve our service)
2. You will receive more detailed return instructions
We will respond to your message as soon as possible and send you detailed return instructions and the return address to your email.

3. Pack the product carefully
Use the original packaging or similar protective material.
Include the information mentioned in the return instructions (e.g. order number and your contact information).
4. Send the return
Send the return to us using the shipping method of your choice. Keep the receipt you received from the return and any tracking number until the return has been processed.

5. Refund
We usually process returns within 14 business days of receiving the product. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Important information about returns
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The returned product must be unused and in its original condition.
