Google teaches me to cover boobs, but not style.

Aylure Backroom Stories, Part 1.
This is not a guide to good advertising. This is a story about how a certain search engine giant's algorithm sees boobs – and how I see style.
While preparing Aylure’s summer collection, I added new swimsuits – mostly bikinis – to my webstore. I picked models with beautiful, diverse bodies for the presentation. After all, who wouldn't want to buy something that makes you feel sexy and confident? Everything looked fine in the store. No issues whatsoever.
Then I reinstalled that infamous shopping app from the same search engine giant – the one I had already removed once. My hope was to get these items shown in search results and ads. For a moment, it worked. Then the restrictions hit – hard. The reason? "Sexual and obscene content." Sounds familiar?
I looked into it more closely:
Models with narrow waist, standing tall or posing a bit, beautiful bikini, supportive top → REJECTED. Neutral bikini, fewer curves → APPROVED. Model slightly plump, no posing → APPROVED. Model with natural curves, neutral position → APPROVED.
The bigger the boobs, the more red flags – and 100% visibility limitations. Conclusion? If you have boobs AND stand upright, you’re indecent. If you stand like a passport photo and show less body, you're good to go.
Logic is unclear. Message is definitely unfair.
As a bonus, one of my colleagues told me she once searched for Finnish municipal coats of arms to complete crosswords– and the image results (from that same search engine) showed her a fully erect male genitalia.
Let that sink in.
At some point, you begin to wonder: Would it be easier to sell left-handed coffee filters than swimsuits that happen to contain right-handed breasts? But I’m not going to hide my style – or my products – just because some bot has a meltdown over body shapes.
If you want a swimsuit that doesn’t apologize for existing, and that you can buy without shame – Welcome to Aylure’s collection.
There’s no hiding here. Here, we dress for life.
